January 18, 1999—tour of Theo Berlier’s museum, townsite of Derramadera and the
Original homestead of the San Pablo Ranch (later the Berlier Ranch).
June 21, 1999—visited Pueblo Blanco south of Willard to see work being done by
Arizona State University, then visited the Forest Service lookout tower on
Gallinas Peak west of Corona.
July 5, 1999—visited the open house at Pueblo Blanco to see the results of Arizona State University’s project.
July 12, 1999—visited a field school survey being conducted by Dr. Dave Batten near
Gonzales Ranch. Afterward the group visited Villa Nueva and Villa Nueva State
Park.
